At Nadine’s Cornucopia Catering we believe food is more that a meal- its a way to connect, celebrate, and create memories. Founded by Nadine Piovanetti, our story began over 30 years ago as A tu Gusto Paellas & Catering Services, a family business built with love, tradition, and dedication.

Today we continue that legacy under a new name that honors both our history and Nadine’s new vision. Known for our signature Paellas, Asopaos, and diverse catering menus, we bring authentic flavors, personalized service, and a heartfelt touch to every event.

Now, with Jeremy Waite leading our marketing and advertising, we are growing with a fresh energy while staying true to our roots. Together, our mission is simple: to serve healthy food that delights, comforts, and brings people together.

Nadine and Jeremy met in Connecticut through a shared love of food and hospitality. Inspired by family recipes and passion for creating memorable meals, then decided to move to Puerto Rico and re-launch with a new name Nadine’s Cornucopia Catering.
